Porterdale resident Zakari Rhodes was surprised to have her photo snapped Monday morning and Citizen photographer Sue Ann Kuhn-Smith was surprised to see her strolling along with only a sweater and no shoes. Temperatures were in the low 20s and Rhodes admitted her feet were "a little cold," as others seemed to have taken precautions against the chilly temperatures.
