She said Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the year for her and her staff. They will average about 250 orders by the end of today with almost all for delivery.

Mia Wallace of Covington begins decorating heart-shaped cookies fresh out of the oven at Sugar Bakers bakery in Olde Town Conyers. Wallace is an intern at Sugar Bakers and is working toward her culunary arts degree from Athens Tech. She attends classes at the school's Monroe campus.
