Leissa-George engagement
Mike and Angela Leissa of Covington announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacquelyn Elizabeth Leissa of Charlotte, N.C., to Joshua Lee George, son of Travis and Jennifer George of Covington.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late John and Jacquelyn Crumpton of Lithonia and the late Carl and Ruth Leissa of Orlando, Fla. She is a graduate of Putnam County High School and she is attending Queens University of Charlotte, where she is pursuing a degree in elementary education.
The future groom is a graduate of Newton High School and he is attending Central Piedmont Community College. He is employed with Airtight Mechanical Inc.
The couple plans to wed May 4 at The Carl House in Auburn.
