Julie Thompson, a fourth-grade teacher at East Newton Elementary School, receives the keys to a 2012 Ford Explorer from Matt Crowe from Covington Ford. As Newton County's 2013 Teacher of the Year, Thompson won three months free car rental from Covington Ford.
