Monroe author Vickie Bley will sign copies of her books, "Coming Home" and "Ethel's Song," on Aug. 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hen House 'Tiques and Uniques, 1026 S. Main St. in Conyers.
Bley, who writes under the pen name of Tori Bailey, is the author of women's fiction in the romance/suspense genre and uses the state of Georgia as the backdrop for both "Coming Home," released in 2009, and "Ethel's Song," published in 2011. Both books are part of a trilogy and she is currently working on the final installment, "Unexpected Places."
Set in the Athens area, "Coming Home" is the story of two women and their individual quests for love, happiness, friendship and fulfillment. "Ethel's Song" is the tale of a woman who must deal with a past love before moving on to marry again.
The author holds a degree in business administration from Brenau University and is the owner of Turnip Press Publishing and Tori Bailey Ink. She works as a communications officer for a metro Atlanta 911 center.
