It was a successful senior night for the Salem boys soccer team. Thanks to goals from Cristian Colin and Kofi Yankey, the Seminoles defeated Winder-Barrow, 2-0. Yankey was one of four seniors -- along with Daniel Whitson, Joshua Sermon and Tajh Berry-playing their final game at Seminole Stadium.
"Our seniors have been great and will be missed," Salem coach Kurt Peters said.
Salem (5-9, 3-5 Region 8-AAAA) travels to McDonough to play Luella in a non-region game Friday.
