Two-year-old Aniston Mahaffey shows her family she's able to keep up with the rest of them as she picks her own strawberries at Mitcham Farm on Macedonia Church Road in Oxford. She was visiting the patch with her 4-year-old brother Trenton, grandmother Cindy Simoes and great-grandmother Mel Bell. The Pick-Your-Own Strawberry Patch is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.; Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sundays from 1-5 p.m. Ready-picked berries and fresh strawbery slushies are also available. - Staff photo by Sue Ann Kuhn-Smith
