CONYERS — Festival-goers will once again flock to Olde Town Conyers on Saturday for the Olde Town Fall Festival.
The annual event — in its 31st year — will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the heart of Olde Town and will feature about 85 vendors.
Monica Coffin, manager of the Conyers Main Street Program, said Center Street will be closed for the event. Commercial Street will be closed from Warehouse Street to Center Street, and Railroad Street will be closed from Sadie’s Antiques and Uniques, just past the entrance to the city parking lot, to The Pointe.
The Olde Town Fall Festival is Conyers’ oldest existing festival. The event features a variety of vendors and attractions. Arts and crafts available at the festival will include paintings, jewelry, wood art, clay creations, accessories monogramming, crochet and knit products, quilting, apron designs and wine bottle accessories.
Food for sale will include hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, chicken tenders, barbecue, roasted corn and funnel cakes.
There will be activities for children, as well as entertainment from local groups and performers.
Admission to the festival is free. For more information, visit www.oldetownfallfestival.com or call the Conyers Welcome Center at 770-602-2606.
The festival is sponsored by Conyers Main Street Program and the city of Conyers.
