COVINGTON -- Even though the high school softball season is over, a select group of players have the opportunity to wear their uniform one more time. One of those players is Eastside right fielder Erin Steele.
Steele was recently selected to the Georgia Dugout Club all-state team and will represent the Lady Eagles when she plays for the Region 3 and 4 Team on Saturday, Nov. 12 at the Olympic Softball Complex in Columbus.
Eastside pitcher Taylor Causey was also selected to the squad but cannot attend due to a prior commitment.
