Conyers Garden Club Yard of the Month for October 2011.
The home of Bill and Pat Rogers of Valley Drive was awarded the Landscape Design Plaque by the Conyers Garden Club for the month of October. The flower shown is a large, flowing red clematis vine, which has been in bloom since mid-September. The house has a row of red and white impatiens with variegated caladiums in the background. One side of the house features a small lantana and a small brick wall with loropetalum. The other side has a large lantana flowing on to the porch. Plants in this corner include an angel trumpet, acuba and hosta. A palm tree is growing by the driveway.
