Citizen features editor Karen Rohr visited Amicalola Falls State Park recently where she captured these images of fall's hues lighting up the landscape.
Locally, according to the Georgia State Park's Leaf Watch 2011, Panola Mountain State Park is at peak fall color now with maples, tulip poplars, sweetgums and dogwoods showing off deep oranges and reds.
