Newton County residents were able to get a peek into the future this week when the Promethean ActivBus, a 21st Century Classroom on Wheels, rolled into town. Parents, students and teachers were able to see the latest in interactive technolgies by visiting the bus. Promethean is the manufacturer of the interactive whiteboards called ActivBoards, which Newton County School System has installed in 70 percent of all classrooms.
