COVINGTON -- A 22-year-old Covington woman has been arrested in connection with sexual assaults on two young teenage boys, according to the Newton County Sheriff's Office.

Dorina Ivanovna Lockhart, 22, of 3030 Lakeside Circle, faces charges of aggravated child molestation, child molestation, sodomy, aggravated sodomy and enticing a child for indecent purposes. The charges stem from several incidents beginning in the latter part of 2010 and continuing through the present time. Lockhart was arrested on May 20.

The victims are 13- and 14-year-old males who NCSO Public Information Officer Courtney Morrison described as "known to her."

Morrison said the molestations were brought to light when one of the victims posted some information referencing one of the incidents on a social networking site.

"The parents found out as a result of that and notified authorities immediately," Morrison said. "An investigation was conducted and the results of the investigation revealed enough probable cause to make an arrest on Dorina Lockhart for those charges."

Morrison did not say how the woman came in contact with the boys, but would only reveal that she was not a stranger to them.

She said some of the incidents took place at Lockhart's home.
