The Covington/Newton County SWAT Team escorted the torch Tuesday for closing ceremonies for Newton County Special Olympics. Randy Downs and NCSO Deputy William Bowen make the run with the torch to Baker Field on Conyers Street. High schoolers and adult athletes received honors at Tuesday's celebration.
