The Academy of Liberal Arts at Newton High School, in association with Girl Scout Brownie Troop 11556 and the NHS MCJROTC, recently collected donations of Girl Scout Cookies and other necessities to be sent to troops serving abroad in Operation Cookie Drop.
The care packages included cookies, handmade cards from the brownies, letters from the NHS Marine Corps JROTC, Chap Stick, sun block, energy bars and a variety of other toiletries.
