Piedmont Academy recently opened its doors for grandparents and other guests for a special day. Music teacher April Allen directed the students in preschool through fifth grade with a program full of songs, solos, duets and individual speaking parts. Each homeroom in the school provided live plants that were given away as door prizes. After the performance, guests were served refreshments provided by the school's lunchroom staff.
