EHS team competes in literary event

The Eastside High School Literary Team traveled to Spalding High School in Griffin on Saturday to compete in the Region 4AAA Literary 
Competition. 

The team came home with many honors, including:
Girls Solo - First Place Julianna Laseter Girls Trio - First Place Chelsea Flowers, Kaitlin Trust, Katie Tuttle Boys Quartet - First Place Samual Glanton, Josh Lance, Tyler Moon, Sam PottsBoys Solo - Fourth Place Samuel Glanton Girls Essay - Third Place Sarah BolenGirls Extemporaneous Speaking - Fourth Place Brittany Worton

The first place winners will travel to Warner Robins on Saturday to 
compete in the State AAA Literary Competition.

Kim McCullers coached the essay and speaking portions of the competition and Joel Singleton coached the vocal portions of the competition for 
Eastside.
