Commissioners reached a unanimous consensus Monday night to keep the millage rate at 10.91. The board gave favor to a compromised budget presented by Chairman Kathy Morgan, in lieu of adopting the rollback rate or proposals by Commissioners Tim Fleming and Nancy Schulz.
