Four-year-old Will Norton and Emma Dooley, 5, were crowned Little Mr. and Miss Newton County Saturday night. Will, who also won Best Boy Talent, is the son of Ryan and Amanda Norton and attends First Baptist Academy. Emma is the daughter of Leland and Kirsten Medlock and a student at Rocky Plains Elementary School.
