Highway 138. Shane Williams, postmaster of the Covington Post Office, said there has been a surge in parcel packages in recent days. Williams recommends getting packages in the mail no later than Tuesday, or else they should be sent by Express Mail for overnight delivery in order to make their destinations by Christmas Day.
