Special Photo: On December 3 the Newton County Miss Sweetheart Relay Queens represented Newton County Relay for Life in the 2011 Covington Christmas Parade. They rode in the back of Ford F250 truck, decorated by posters they made urging everyone to come out and support Relay, and waved and smiled to the large crowd. The 2012 Newton County Relay for Life will be held on April 27 at The Church at Covington. The Sweetheart Relay Queens are: Baby Miss Shayla White; Toddler Miss Zoe Marks; Wee Miss Kaylie McDonald; Little Miss Adyson Hales; Young Miss Kelsey Ellis; Pre-Teen Miss Clara Arienzo; Teen Miss Gina Sewell; Junior Miss Alex Turcotte; and Miss Lindsey Davis. Also pictured is World Universal Woman Beth Bradley, Relay Pageant director.
