Teen beauty pageant winner inspires other contestants to donate 400 toys
The Toys for Tots program gained a few hundred more toys last weekend thanks to the efforts of one Conyers teen. Anna Barnes, who holds the title of Miss Georgia Teen America, organized what she called "A Queen for Claus" event which drew about 40 other pageant contestants and their families bearing over 400 toys to Have An Ice Day ice skating rink in Conyers last Sunday.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, December 10th in the Smyrna Presbyterian Church at 2:30 pm with Rev. Joe Watson and Rev. Merry Grayson officiating. Mrs. Grayson will lie in-state at the church from 1:00-2:30pm. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. She is survived by her children; Frank Grayson, Jr., Dona Woodham, Lane Grayson, Gary Grayson and Tracy Jenkins. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Sister; Tory Visnich and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Francis H. Grayson and parents Judson Burl and Gertrude Futch Blount. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Smyrna Presbyterian Church cemetery fund. Horis A. Ward-Rockdale Chapel in charge of arrangements.
