Ed Minge announces an entry Saturday morning at the grandstand of the annual Covington Christmas Parade that is sponsored each year by the Covington Lions Club and Mains Street Covington.
Conyers and Covington held their annual Christmas parades Saturday to usher in the holiday season. Both events enjoyed wonderful, late fall weather that gave everyone a chance to get out and enjoy the hundreds of floats, marching bands, vintage cars and other sights and sounds of Christmas.
