Al Colter from Earth Works Construction Company out of Milledgevile works on cutting siding for one of the buildings at Harristown Park, an affordable housing complex for seniors under construction on Reynolds Street.
The main building includes 48 one and two-bedroom units and there are also three cottage units with a total of 12 units. The complex is expected to open by the end of the year. Developer Affordable Equity Partners obtained tax credits through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for the project.
