Kevin Surrette, a horticulture teacher at the Rockdale Career Academy, holds a plant steady while Brittney Young, a RCA student and junior at Heritage High School, loads a cart with the plant donated by the American Reunion movie production company.
Filming of the movie wraps up this week and the company gave two truck loads of plants to the school.
The plants include palm trees, box woods, fir trees, birds of paradise and other varieties.
Surrette estimated the cost of the plants as "very expensive" and plans to use them in class instruction and projects in his nursery and landscaping class.
