Covington resident Bobby Swain and his Blues Generation band will play at the Center Street Arts black box theater on April 30 at 8 p.m.Retired from the Army Corps of Engineers, Swain didn't pick up a guitar until age 47. He carved out a career playing in New Orleans until Hurricane Katrina hit, forcing him to relocate.
