Local educator, Citizen columnist and humorist Darrell Huckaby and his wife Lisa Huckaby have just published a book of some of their favorite recipes, "Second Helpings: The Southern Eatin' Cookbook."
From Southern fried chicken to pizza casserole, the book is filled with dishes that anyone can make with basic ingredients found in the household.
