Two firearms safety classes set for May

COVINGTON -- The Covington/Newton County community is about to get it with both barrels -- the opportunity to take gun safety classes with both the Covington Police Department and the Newton County Sheriff's Office will be available on the same day -- May 14. Deadline to register for both classes is May 6.
