Several Newton County Schools have announced their school council meeting days for the 2010-11 school year.

East Newton Elementary School will meet Nov. 2, Feb. 8 and April 4. All meetings will be held at 3 p.m. in the school media center.

Cousins Middle School will meet Dec. 2, Jan. 27, March 24 and May 19. All meetings will be held at 7:45 a.m. in the school's media center.

Livingston Elementary School will meet Oct. 26, Jan. 25, March 22 and May 17. They each begin at 7 a.m.

Palmer-Stone Elementary will meet Sept. 29, Oct. 26, Jan. 13 and March 24. All meetings begin at 9 a.m. in the media center.

Eastside High School will meet Sept. 28, Dec. 14, March 8 and May 17. All meetings will take place at 4:00 p.m. in the media center.

Rocky Plains Elementary School Oct. 14, Jan. 20, March 24 and May 12. All meetings will be held at 2:45 p.m.

South Salem Elementary School will meet Oct. 26, Dec. 14, Feb. 22 and April 26. They will begin at 7 p.m. in the office conference room.

Porterdale Elementary School will meet Oct. 12, Dec. 7, Feb. 1, April 12 and May 10. They begin at 4:30 p.m. in the media center.

Mansfield Elementary School will meet Oct. 14, Nov. 18, Jan. 20 and March 17 at 7:00 a.m. in the school media center.

Alcovy High School will meet Oct. 26, Jan. 18, March 15 and May 17. All meetings start at 6:30 p.m. in the AHS media center.

Live Oak Elementary School will meet Nov. 22, Jan. 24 and March 21. They all begin at 3:30 p.m. in the counselor's conference room.

Oak Hill Elementary School will meet Oct. 28, Jan. 6 and March 24. All meetings are at 7:30 a.m.

Fairview Elementary school will begin Nov. 18, Jan. 27, March 24 and May 19. Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. in the media center.

Middle Ridge Elementary School will meet Sept. 29, Nov. 10, Jan. 26 and March 16. They meet at 8:15 a.m.

West Newton Elementary School will meet Nov. 19, Feb. 25 and April 15. They are at 7 a.m. in the front office conference room.
