Newton High School recently selected its Homecoming Court. They are, pictured left to right: (first row) Rodriquez Usher, Tray Sims, Devon Mann, Akeem Hunt, Mercedes Pruitt, Tatianna Taylor, Taviana Nolley, Qadeerah Sharif, Derrick Henry, Trevail Hicks; (second row) Tai Avery, Aviana Jones, Taylor Carlton, LaPorsche Thomas, Chelsea Thomas, Emilie Jones, Akeel Shepherd; (third row) Logan Malcom, Alexis Angelettie, Torri Cofield; (fourth row) Nikelia Wynter, Haley Kneece, Kaitlynn McIntyre, Tiandra Cotton; (fifth row) Laneisha Theodore, Brandi Clark, Briyana Newby; and not pictured, Kwinyea Hardeman. The king and queen will be crowned during Friday's game against Northview High School at Homer Sharp Stadium.
