It must be fall because Concerts on the Square has returned for September. Kicking off the series were the Jazz Guardians with the U.S. Army Band at Fort McPherson. Keeping time to the music are Pamela Consuegra and children, Tucker, 2, and Addie, 9 months. Future noon concerts are: Sept. 9, The Daniel Jackson Band; Sept. 16, Johnny Roquemore and the Apostles of Bluegrass; Sept. 23, Frankie's Blues Mission; and Sept. 30, Hannah Thomas and Friends.
