2 Covington residents killed in Jasper County crash
Thirteen- year-old Nigel Griffith, a Cousin's Middle School student, and 39-year-old Alice Goolsby, both of Covington, were killed in a fatal crash Wednesday night in Jasper County, according to the Georgia State Patrol. Two Monticello teens were also hospitalized. See Tuesday's Newton Citizen for details.
