Promoting the upcoming "O Come Y'all to Covington" production is, from left, Covington First United Methodist Church Pastor Doug Gilreath, writer and producer of the musical Mack McKibben, entertainer Andy Offutt Irwin and musician Scott Langsburg. Set for 7 p.m. Dec. 16 and 17 Covington FUMC, 1113 Conyers St., "O Come Y'all to Covington" features a live band, a 30-voice choir singing traditional Christmas classics, storytelling and comedy. A live nativity by FUMC will also be performed on the front lawn of the church each night. "O Come Y'all to Covington" is free but advance tickets are recommended. Tickets may be picked up at McKibben Music on the Square in Covington. Monetary donations are encouraged for the FUMC Food Pantry and sack lunch ministry the night of the performance.
