Construction crews finally get to work on the construction of the new Oxford City Hall building on West Clark Street. The project had been delayed over the winter due to cold temperatures and rainy days preventing the pouring of concrete. Now workers have begun to erect the building, which will house the community center, City Hall administrative offices and the police station. The estimated $1.6 million project is hoped to be complete by late summer.
