A very special guest who looked remarkably like the Cat in the Hat of Dr. Seuss fame visited Heard-Mixon Elementary School on Tuesday in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday and Read Across America Day. Lee Aldridge was actually doing the honors as the Cat in the Hat, and here she is reading "The Lorax" to Sandy Moseley's kindergarten class as students Brayden Costley, right, and Seth McCurry listen.
