Covington resident Shay Simmons faces some difficult choices as she shops the Newton Medical Center Auxiliary Phantasia's Purse and Accessories sale Monday.
The sale will continue in the hospital lobby from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. today.
Proceeds benefit auxiliary projects for the hospital.
