Covington resident Thelma Head selects a quantity of fresh purple hull peas for her dinner at Green Livin' Farms produce stand on Floyd Street. Head said she shops there because no pesticides are used at Green Livin' Farms in Social Circle, where much of the produce is grown. Other fruits and vegetables come from the Georgia Farmers Market.
