Boy Scout Troup 748 from Prospect United Methodist Church in Covington visited the Newton County Board of Education meeting Tuesday night.
Pictured, left to right, are sixth graders Christian Camp from Young Americans Christian School, Harrison Wilson from Veterans Memorial Middle School, Austin Hegwood from Clements Middle School and Curran LaChappelle from Henderson Middle School in Jasper County.
Camp is working on his citizenship in the community badge, and the other three are working on their communications badges.
