The Golden Fleece Lodge #6 recently presented third grader Adam Moseley and second grader Ashley Mills at Heard-Mixon Elementary School with new bikes.
Each school year, the group, which meets on the Covington Square, presents eight new bikes to Mansfield and Heard-Mixon elementary school students -- one boy and girl at midterm at both schools and one boy and girl at the end of the school year at both schools.
Teachers select the students based on their reading abilities, as the program is used to promote reading.
The students are pictured with, left to right, members Johnny Freeman, David Johnston and John Wages.
