A planned traffic shift at Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, also known as Covington Bypass, south of U.S. Highway 278 to just south of the Lochridge Boulevard/Wheat Street intersection on Ga. Highway 142, has been delayed due to weather, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.
The shift was scheduled to begin Thursday but has been delayed until after the holidays.
