COVINGTON — A DeKalb County firefighter was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on Friday afternoon and charged with public indecency, according to GSP spokesman Gordy Wright.
Ronald Wesley Dunn, 36, of Eatonton was taken to the Newton County Detention Center. Wright said a lookout was issued about 4:45 p.m. for a Chevrolet Silverado traveling east on Interstate 20 near mile marker 92. Marks was patrolling nearby and located the vehicle after it crossed over into Walton County. Newton County Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer Deputy Courtney Morrison said a female truck driver called Newton County 911 and reported Dunn after she reportedly witnessed him masturbating while driving down the interstate. Morrison said the woman was able to get a picture of the alleged incident.More like this story
