When I was a kid, many, many years ago, we walked or rode our bikes everywhere we went. Also not only were our school buses not air conditioned, but neither were our schools, our homes or our automobiles. We survived and so can you. The kids today and their parents are wimps!"

NSP ready for phase 2 of program

The Rockdale County Neighborhood Stabilization Program has fully allocated all of the $2.7 million federal grant used to start the program and generated close to $1 million in housing sales. Officials announced the next phase of the program this week.
