Singrid Lampe, a home school student, helps Rachel Mathieu, another home school student, prepare for their performance of "Stories in Dance," presented by Mainstream Dance Studio of Covington at the April Preschool Pops at Rockdale Auditorium in Conyers. Lampe and Mathieu are part of the advanced ballet and jazz class at the Covington dance studio. The group performed to Vivaldi, "Thriller," "Black and Gold" from the movie "Fame," and "Dance to the Music," which was a medley of songs by the Beatles, Earth Wind and Fire, Prince, The Jackson Five and more. Preschool Pops is a twice-a-month series of performances sponsored by the Conyers-Rockdale Council for the Arts.
