Tonight's Covington City Council work session concerning purchase of a railroad has been canceled and rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. Thursday, April 29 at City Hall.
The meeting will be open to the public but is an informational session and public comments will not be accepted, according to Mayor Kim Carter. Tonight's meeting was canceled due to a scheduling conflict, the mayor said.
