Local folk artist Betsy Morehouse poses with some of her newest work that is for sale at Van Go's Studio. She is donating all proceeds to Chimney Park. The work of local artists will be up for silent auction at the second annual Fairy Houses at Chimney Park on May 1 from 2 to 5 p.m. Artwork will be displayed in the meeting room of the Newton County Library for two weeks before that date. The silent auction will be conducted in the park the day of the fairy house festival. For further information, call 770-786-9290.
