Triple Crown Media reaches restructuring agreement with lenders
Conyers, Ga., Sept. 14, 2009 - Triple Crown Media Inc., parent company of the Rockdale Citizen and Newton Citizen, has entered into an agreement with its lenders to restructure the company's balance sheet. The agreement announced today, when completed, will provide the holders of the company's second lien secured debt with 90-percent ownership in the company.
