Regarding the ardent RJ Hadley supporter, Dean Johnson's comment, "We have to face the fact that wealth belongs to all of us:" If he is referencing monetary wealth, he is deluded. That is a socialist view of life as the Democrat Party is now espousing. ACORN and its subsidiaries have fraudulently used taxpayer dollars to spread monetary wealth to those who have not earned it. A taxpayer and a voter are two very different creatures.
Our wealth that we are willing to share is as follows:
· The wealth of knowledge we have had to acquire by owning a small family business of almost 37 years.
· The wealth of blood, sweat and tears that we have shed to keep that business viable.
· The wealth of integrity that has been fashioned in your spirit having built something from nothing with no outside help or government handouts.
· The wealth of character that adversity has forged in your personality. This you pass down to your children, grandchildren and you know will follow in your descendants after your demise; character is earned, it cannot be purchased or given as a handout.
We believe taxpayers should read a few stories of old - "The Little Red Hen," "The Ant and the Grasshopper," and "Animal Farm." All very simple but to the point, if you do not work, why should you reap the benefits from stealing from others? If someone wishes to share with you, fine; but you do not have the right to take what you have not toiled for. There is a second part of your rights - it is responsibility, which many gladly ignore as they wish to be the victim.
In conclusion, we would like to use a portion of a quote from Upton Sinclair. "The American people will take Socialism, but they won't take the label." At the end of the passage he finishes, "There is no use attacking it by a front attack, it is much better to out-flank them."
We will no longer be out-flanked, there is too much at stake. Our country, our Constitution, and our freedom.
