The prekindergarten classes at South Salem Elementary School got drenched Wednesday morning and it wasn't because of the weather. Like many other classes in the Newton County School System, the students participated in an end of the year party. The pre-K class held "Going Out with a Splash," complete with water tables, kiddie pools, sprinklers and hoses, bubbles and temporary tattoos. Above, students "splish and splash" with water devices that were set up for South Salem's end of the year party.
