The reports and comments of the Newton County Board of Commissioners as well as robo-calls and Libertarian-leaning letters are missing the whole point of what it means to be a community. The suggested $17.56 per month/$114.14 per year Rockdale Water Resources rate hike is a jump from the monthly amount we have been paying.
