Billie Clark of Spartanburg, S.C., announces the engagement of her daughter, Jessie Allison Clark of Thomasville, to Larry Scott Webb of Thomasville, son of Larry and Teresa Webb of Covington.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Elizabeth Rosemerle Page and the late Richard Kermit Sloan, and the late Boyce Howard Seay and Margaret Goodwin Seay, all of Spartanburg. She is a 2001 graduate of Dorman High School in Spartanburg and a 2008 graduate of Greenville Technical College in Greenville, S.C., where she earned an associate of arts degree. She is currently employed with Ponder's Printing as a graphic designer in Thomasville.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rice of Loganville and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Webb of Phoenix, Ariz. He is a 1998 graduate of Rockdale County High School and a 2007 graduate of Columbus State University in Columbus, where he earned a bachelor of business degree in administration. He is currently employed with Flowers Foods Inc. as an internal auditor.

The couple plans to wed Sept. 26 in Lafayette Park in Apalachicola, Fla.
